what self respecting chap can refuse a ticket to the cricket when it is offered. a day at lords is one of the finest ways to spend a few hours in the company of like-minded chaps.
the pavillion at lords is home to some interesting sartorial decisions mostly in the traditional egg and bacon colours of the mcc. the most popular is obviously the tie but some of the members show their allegiances with brightly striped blazers, the hat band around their panama hats or in the case of this spritely chap a fine cloth cap.

he even had his sandwiches in a tin tiffin box. well done that man!
